Stephen is an aviation surveillance specialist with over 19 years experience on rotary and fixed wing surveillance platforms predominately in the Torres Strait. He built his experience on 22 years commanding Army reconnaissance patrols in Northern Australia as well as a couple of years on the road with the Queensland Police Service.
